During a tied game in Chicago, Emilio Pagán crumpled to the ground in pain with an apparent hamstring injury. He could not leave on his own and required a cart.

It should be assumed he will require an injured list stint, putting Tony Santillan into focus for fantasy players who can make daily pickups. He’s also struggled in recent appearances, but converted five saves last year, and has nine holds this season.
Terry Francona is one of the few managers who stay the course in their leverage roles. If Santillan’s recent struggles continue, Graham Ashcraft would be next in line.
For now:
Projected Hierarchy: Tony Santillan | Graham Ashcraft | Connor Phillips
